ENGAGEMENT

Montecito Medical is a private, successful, medical real estate company. Their definition of 'partnership' sounds like the kind you'd think of with close friends or family...and that's intentional. It's what sets them apart. They also have big goals and dreams and they want their team aligned with them.

Showdog proposed a plan to brand their newly designed space atop Green Hills' Belle Grande Class-A space that would create atmospheres, tell stories, and reinforce important messages with two audiences so important to Montecito in mind: its team and its clients.

EXECUTION

Our creative and business team curated a plan to include:

• Subtle, visual graphic application for Montecito's logo - Glass film with brand color secondary accents and alternating tone-on-tone logo, custom film opacities chosen based on the space function.

• Key brand and services messaging with graphic elements that blend with interior finishes - Digitally printed, textured wall murals in meeting, private, & relaxation spaces and nooks.

• Brand feature wall - Using a full wall covering with primary brand colors as the backdrop, this installation features a halo-lit brand message and client logo with brushed titanium finish, as well as dimensional laser cut metal icons.

• Lounge branding - The lounge, dedicated to a former executive, features a cool white faux neon logo, designed by Showdog, and graphic fitting for its intended ‘chic martini bar’ vibe.

• Culture, goal-driven, inspiring graphics for the Scrum room consisting of wall murals and solid brushed aluminum dimensional letters.

• Client asset photography digitally manipulated and printed as 8’ x 4’ film overlays mounted to 1” deep slim LED panels, creating five brilliant trophy asset installations.
