Project Management is the agile part of being a Showdog Brand Handler. Here we work shoulder-to-shoulder with Clients, our Environmental Branding team, and Vendors through design, contract documents, site design application, prototyping, fabrication & installation management and roll-out.

When we build a successful project plan, we identify, track, and share the status of key project elements with our clients, using collaborative tools to maximize productivity.
